Jacob Elordi is the new TAG Hauer ambassador

Euphoria star Jacob Elordi is the new face of TAG Hauer. The Australian actor will represent the Swiss watch brand and the square-shaped Monaco watch. The brand will launch a limited edition of the watch during the Monaco Grand Prix, with an event in its honor. “I’ve always been drawn to things that are both classic and timeless,” Elordi said. “…so the partnership with TAG Heuer was perfect for me.”

“I’ve always admired iconic Hollywood men, so wearing the Monaco – a watch made famous by Steve McQueen – is something special,” Elordi continued. “TAG Heuer has been the epitome of elegance and excellence for over 160 years, and it’s exciting to be their representative for the next generation.”

Balenciaga takes control of NYSE

Balenciaga showcased its collaboration with Adidas on a special podium, taking over the New York Stock Exchange in Manhattan. This is the first time the public has been allowed into the building since 2001. The event brought together distinguished guests including Kanye West, Marc Jacobs, Chloe Sevigny, Vera Wang and many more. The looks explore tailoring in dark tones, with suits, coats and denim. The collaboration with Adidas combines sportswear, the brand’s iconic three stripes and a logo with “Balenciaga” underneath.

“At Balenciaga, we cater to different types of customers,” said Demna, creative director of Balenciaga. “We already have the streetwear part, inspired by sports, and the wardrobe part is really something new.” Perhaps the most memorable aspect of the runway was the bondage masks worn under each outfit. According to Demna, the headgear “helped [him] stylize the collection, otherwise I would find it a little too classic.’
